We do not ask you for this information. Do we collect any information from third parties? We do not collect any information from third parties.

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.
Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
Sensitive Information. We do not ask you for sensitive information. If you choose to post adult content, or opt in to viewing it, that content and your opt-in can reveal information about your sex life or sexual orientation that some laws treat as sensitive. We process this only on the basis of your explicit consent and because you have chosen to share it with us.
Age and Identity Verification. We use your birth date to confirm you meet our minimum age requirements: you must be at least 13 to use Marzigram, and at least 18 to create or view adult content. If you post adult content, we may ask you for age and consent records, including a government-issued ID, to confirm that everyone involved was an adult and agreed to the content. We process those records only to verify age, keep the Services lawful, and meet our legal obligations.
Payment Data. If you make a purchase or receive a payout, we process Lightning Network payment data: the BOLT 11 invoice or BOLT 12 offer involved, the payment hash, the amount, and the timestamp. BOLT 12 offers use blinded paths, so your wallet's node identity stays hidden from us. We don't see card numbers, bank accounts, billing addresses, or any traditional payment-instrument details, because we don't accept those.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. You can find out more about this in our Cookie Policy.
The information we collect includes:

Where applicable law requires a specific reason to process your personal information, we rely on one of these:
In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.
We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:
In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our Services, but are not affiliated with, our Services.
The Services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services, or applications. Accordingly, we do not make any guarantee regarding any such third parties, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites, services, or applications. The inclusion of a link towards a third-party website, service, or application does not imply an endorsement by us.
We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to or from the Services. You should review the policies of such third parties and contact them directly to respond to your questions.
In Short: We use cookies to keep the Services working and to remember your preferences. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
We use cookies and similar technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. They help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences, and assist with basic site functions.
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't let third parties or service providers set cookies or run tracking technologies on our Services. Specific information about the cookies we use and how you can refuse them is set out in our Cookie Policy.
In Short: We offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.
As part of our Services, we offer products, features, or tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products"). These tools are designed to enhance your experience and provide you with innovative solutions. The terms in this Privacy Policy govern your use of the AI Products within our Services.
All personal information processed using our AI Products is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and our agreement with third parties. This ensures high security and safeguards your personal information throughout the process, giving you peace of mind about your data's safety.
In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.
The Services run on infrastructure spread across multiple countries. Regardless of where you are, your information may be transferred to, stored on, and processed by infrastructure we run, plus the infrastructure of third parties we share information with under this Policy.
If you live somewhere with stricter data protection rules than the places we operate from, the protections in those other places may not match yours. We'll take reasonable measures to protect your information in line with this Policy and any law that applies to you.
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). Other than the age and identity verification records described below, no purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
Age and identity verification records collected in connection with adult content are an exception: where the law requires it, we may keep these records for as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations, which can be longer than the time you keep an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.
Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
In Short: Depending on where you live, local privacy laws may give you certain rights to access and control your personal information.
You can review, change, or close your account at any time, subject to whatever your local law requires.
Depending on where you live, your local data protection laws may include rights to (i) request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) request correction or erasure, (iii) restrict how your personal information is processed, (iv) data portability, where applicable, and (v) not be subject to automated decision-making.
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided below or updating your preferences.
However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the SMS messages that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.
If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.
Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services. For further information, please see our Cookie Policy.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. We honor DNT signals. When we detect a DNT signal from your browser, we don't set non-essential cookies on your device, and we treat the signal as a valid request not to be tracked online.
If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control: We recognize and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. When we detect a GPC signal, we automatically apply your opt-out preference, no extra action needed on your side. For more about GPC and how to enable it, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we may notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.
If you have questions or comments about this policy, email us at hello@marzigram.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we collect, details about how we've processed it, corrections to anything inaccurate, or deletion. You may also have the right to withdraw any consent you've given us to process your personal information. These rights may be limited by applicable law in some situations.
